Refund & Return Policy

We take great care to ensure that each jewellery piece reaches you in perfect condition. However, if you receive a damaged or defective product, we will gladly process a refund as per the terms below.

Eligibility for Refund

Refunds are accepted only if:

The item is received damaged or defective.

You provide a clear, full unboxing video from the moment the package is opened.

The issue is reported within 2 days of delivery.


Return Process

1. Contact us via email or WhatsApp with your order ID and unboxing video proof.


2. Once verified, we’ll assist you with the return procedure.


3. The product must be returned in its original packaging, unused, and in the same condition as received.

 

Refund Timeline

Refunds will be initiated after the returned item is received and inspected.

Once approved, the refund will be credited to your original payment method within 15 business days.


Non-Returnable & Non-Refundable Items

For hygiene and quality reasons, we do not accept returns or refunds for:

Products returned without valid proof of damage (no unboxing video).

Items damaged due to improper handling by the customer.

Change of mind or personal preference after delivery.
